A fine and rare arts and crafts John Walsh Walsh vaseline glass teapot of large proportion c1897.

 

A one off example likely to have been used for advertising purposes, the glass is inlaid with the John Walsh Walsh factory's new opaline brocade pattern demonstrating the company's artistic & technical capability of glass forming used at exhibitions and sales literature.

 

The John Walsh Walsh factory was based in Birmingham, England and was noted for innovative fine quality products.

 

In excellent original condition.
