German Art Deco Lady Table/Desk Lamp.
 
A magnificent rare large size German Art Deco Spelter lady lamp.
 
The striking design of a lady is finely balanced on one foot wearing a geometric costume and is holding an alabaster pillar surmounted with a beautiful glass lamp globe. The figure is crisply modelled and is a particularly fine and seldom seen example.
 
Size: 72cm high.
 
Date: c.1930.
 
Markings: Clearly marked 'Germany' to the rear leg.
 
Condition: In excellent condition retaining its original paintwork and original parts and globe with only a few minor paint scuffs at the extremeties of the figure.  In full working order and re-wired with black silk braided twist flex, the lamp is ready to install.
