A good example of an antique Arts and Crafts Liberty & Co oval Tudric pewter fruit or cake basket designed by Archibald Knox with fixed overhead handle and pierced gallery decorated with stylised heart shaped leaves in low relief.
 
Marks: Stamped to base 01172, with impressed marks 'ENGLISH PEWTER MADE IN ENGLAND'.
 
Size: 23cm wide x 18cm high x 16.5cm deep.
 
Date: c. 1905.
 
Condition: In excellent original condition, retaining its original patina.
