A rare solid brass adjustable easel table lamp or display stand for the illuminated display of paintings, photographs or books, circa 1930-1950.  The stand is fully adjustable in both height and overall angle for different sized paintings or books with a retractable and adjustable lamp hood.  A most useful & versatile item for the home or gallery.
