A large Glasgow school Arts and Crafts hand hammered brass trivet display stand with Talwin Morris designs likely made at the Margret Gilmour studios in Glasgow. 
 
Depicting typical Talwin Morris elongated linear tendrils and pointed leaves with Glasgow style flowers makes this a most stylish and useful stand for display purpose.
 
There are dated initials to the top surface which may or may not be related to its design or maker.
