A highly unusual and futuristic geometric design with sliced globe shaped bodies finely engraved with Japanese style flying cranes and botanical flowers with simulated bamboo style handles by the Levi & Salaman Company of Birmingham.
 
The quality and execution is sublime and the style epitomises late Victorian avant-garde Anglo Japanese design which clearly reflects Dresser's ethos and influences.
 
In superb original condition, the service consists of tray, tea pot, milk jug and sugar basin.
