ARTS AND CRAFTS ANTIQUE VASELINE GLASS GRASS HALL LANTERN/CEILING LIGHT
 

    
 
A classic Arts and Crafts Antique brass ceiling lantern/light with its original rich deep opalescent vaseline glass liner c1900. 
 
The lantern has Voysey style heart cut-outs and four stylised strap tendrils with a tiered canopy. 
 
A true classic arts and crafts design piece of superb quality similar to the work of both WAS Benson and the Birmingham Guild of Handicraft.
 
In excellent original condition, complete with hanging chain & ceiling rose.  Rewired with antique style black silk twisted flex and in full working order, ready to install.
 
Size: Lantern frame measures 50cm high, with current installed hanging length 96cm (which c an be altered to suit).
 
Circa: 1900
 
Condition: In excellent original condition. Rewired with antique stye silk flex, in full working order and ready to use.
