Extremely rare large size Archibald Knox Liberty & Co Tudric pewter and enamel mantel clock inset with copper dial, model number 0290.
A futuristic and imposing design, the clock is inset with a stylish copper dial surrounded by three vivid blue enamel cabochons.
Knox large scale mantel clocks are rare and coveted and were made by special commission only due to their high costs and complexity of manufacture, this particular version has only been been previously seen once before with abalone inlays.

In completely untouched and unpolished original condition with no damage to both pewter and enamels. Retaining its original hands and Lenzkirch clock movement.
